Professional Attire

Dark professional suit or formal uniform required on all client engagements. Chauffeur presentation must reflect the executive standard.

Punctuality

Chauffeurs arrive early — never on time, never late. Advance positioning is required for every client pickup.

Conduct & Discretion

Professional conduct throughout every engagement. Conversations are not initiated with clients unless asked. Personal details are never discussed.

Communication

Clear, timely communication with clients and coordination team before and during every engagement.

Driving Standards

Smooth, professional driving. No abrupt acceleration or braking. Executive comfort is maintained throughout every trip.

Background Checks

Background verification expected for all chauffeur operators working on Royalty Limo™ client engagements.

Vehicle Standards

Vehicle Quality

Late-model luxury and executive-class vehicles only. No economy, rideshare, or budget-class vehicles on any Royalty Limo™ engagement.

Cleanliness & Detail

Every vehicle must be professionally cleaned and detailed before each client engagement. No exceptions.

Pre-Trip Inspection

A thorough vehicle inspection is required before every client pickup — tires, fluids, lights, and interior presentation.

Climate Control

Appropriate cabin temperature prepared before client entry. Climate should be adjusted to client preference.

Interior Presentation

Clean, organized interior. No personal items, food, or clutter visible to clients. Professional presentation maintained.

Vehicle Reliability

All vehicles must be maintained in full mechanical reliability. A backup vehicle plan is required for all critical engagements.

Privacy & Discretion Standards

Client Identity Protection

Client identity, destination, schedule, and personal information are treated as strictly confidential and never disclosed.

Communication Confidentiality

All client communications are kept confidential. Transportation details, client conversations, and trip information are never shared.

Social Media Policy

Chauffeur operators may not post, photograph, or reference any client, vehicle, or engagement on any social media platform.

Third-Party Non-Disclosure

Affiliate transportation partners are subject to the same privacy standards as direct Royalty Limo™ chauffeur operators.

Insurance & Compliance Standards

Commercial Livery Insurance

All vehicles operating on Royalty Limo™ engagements must carry adequate commercial livery insurance as required by their operating jurisdiction.

Regulatory Compliance

All chauffeur operators and affiliate partners must maintain compliance with all applicable transportation regulations in their operating markets.

Documentation

Insurance documentation and licensing records are subject to review for all affiliate transportation partners prior to engagement.
